t5 actinics?

I have a 180 gal. with 3-250watt reeflux hqi's and 8-39watt t5 actinics, should I be running the actinics all day with the hqi's?

I have 2-250w 12k reeflux and I run my actinics throughout the day. You can play around with it if you want. Maybe start up the actinics an hour before (stimulate sunrise) allow them to run for a few hours, turning them off for a few hours during the middle of the day to allow for a different spectrum of lighting during the mid-day hours, then turn them back on a few hours later and have them shut off a few hours after the main MH's. Just a suggestion.

How blue is your tank? I don't have water yet, but I'm running a single 10K 250w reeflux with 2x39w T5's.
