Excellent Service

I ordered my new light fixture from Marine Depot last month and when I put it up, one of the Halides wasn't burning as bright as the other two. I knew something was wrong, but didn't have time to mess with it. I got an email from Marine Depot last week asking how I liked my new fixture. I told them the problem, and they were all over it. Ask me to check one thing, I did and told them the results. New bulb was in the mail today.

I give these guys 5 stars for their follow up service.

That's good to know. Service after the sale is a great way to win repeat business.

I had much the same experience, bought my RO/DI system from them, came with a "free" TDS meter. When I recived it the switch had broken off on the TDS meter. They promptly shipped me a new one that same day. I even explained it was not a problem since the broken one worked fine aslong as you didn't want to switch back and forth to much.

I was thinking about ordering a RO/DI system from them as well.
It is good to hear they have a good REP.

I have dealt with them on multiple occasions and they have always been very nice to deal with. Sometimes you can find things cheaper but customer service is definitely worth a little extra. Two thumbs up from me.

I just wish their live fish department was as well run as their dry goods department. I've had really good experiences with the latter as well. Reef Geek is still my favorite, though. They don't have quite as large a selection, but what they carry is pretty much always very good quality.
