Phosphate and SPS
For SPS tanks, is it must to remove all trace of Phosphate? Debating whether I will need to setup Phosphate reactor or some kind of phosphate remove media in my 75 gallon sumpless setup?

What are your PO4 levels? May not need it if it's inline.

I have not done any testing. Right now its 20 gallon sps tank, but I am in process of setting up 75 gallon next month.
Birdnest, Monti- Digita , Pavona doing well in 20g without any phosphate removing. Some Acro and more sensitive, but they have not brown out or anything. |

The only test kits under 100.00 that can measure that low (as far as i know) are DD Merk, Hach, & colormeter.

I bought a Hanna colorimeter and it has to be one of the best things I did for the tank, its nice to not have to guess at the color of the test and have a nice, easy digital read out.

Elos can also measure low levels like 0.01
