Milli questions..??

I got a decent sized frag of a Milli yesterday and its my frist frag of this... I was wondering if there is anything I need to be careful about with this coral... placement near other corals..??

I feed weekly with coral frenzy and live phyto so that should be fine for feeding... and I've placed the frag as high up as I can in the tank... Currently I have mostly Montiporas in my tank... 5 or 6 Digitatas and 2 Montipora Caps... I also have 2 zoanthids... I think I named everything... I'm sure I forgot something though... Thanks again...

All the millis i have are very aggressive and kill allmost every thing they touch from zoas to other acros. So you might want to give it some growing room

Just don't let them touch any other corals, they will sting any coral that touches them...otherwise a good beginner sps, they grow pretty fast.

Milles are one of my favorite acros they're usually fast growers. I keep mine mid range to high in high flow areas. But I agree they are usually are a dominant species.

I really like the looks of this Milli... jsut worried about it killing my other corals... I'll jsut have to keep an eye on it once it starts growing...

If you lose a digi because of a milli, you have not lost anything...milli's are great, fast growers, nice variety of colors, good indicators of water/tank conditions, plus with with long polyps they show nice movement in the tank.
