Cant find the Maxi jet mods page

I put the mod together but the impeller doesn't turn, just makes noise and bangs against the rod we installed to prevent this. I know its an easy fix but can not remember what it was.

If I recall, you shave a small amount of material off the prop. It's too heavy and causing issues.

I'd wait to get a second confirmation however.
