Adding a baffle?

How do I add a baffle to an existing sump.

I want to add the red baffle between the black baffles.

Do I have to drain the sump?

Its made out of acrylic:

Heres a pic of what I want to do:

yes, you will have to drain it and dry it. Use acrylic weld (weld-on) and you'll have to let it cure for something like 24 hours before running water on it.

silicone dose not adhere to acrylic very well, It may not last very long. Myself I would go with the acrylic to acrylic & weldon.

Check this link out. You might be able to do it without draining and drying.
