ORA Black Ocellaris Clowns???

Anyone here have ORA's black ocellaris clowns? I was thinking of having my LFS order a couple for me and was wondering if yours came in with an orange face and did it end up becoming all black after they matured? I read somewhere that it is a hit or miss.....some become all black and some don't.

I have a pair but only the male's face is black. The female did not come from ORA which may have something to do with it.

The black perculas start out as a dirty orange/ brown color as a juv. then the body changes to black and the face takes a bit longer and then will begin to turn black too. So yes it has to do with maturity

Agreed. Mine are now a little over a year in my tank and their orange has decreased considerably. There is a little left on both of their faces.
