Need help with Coralife Super Skimmer 65

I'm getting a lot of micro bubbles from it. Is there a fix for this?? I bought the unit used and it's doing great except the bubbles. Oh and the Rio pump that comes with it is huge can i replace it with something else???

I've had my super skimmer 65 for about a month and I can tell you that I get a lot of micro bubbles every time I do a water change, but thats becuase of the water conditioner I use for neutralizing chlorine. I just have to wait a day or two and the bubbles go away by themselves. Most addatives makes skimmers go crazy and produce too many micro bubbles
