Does any place sell Weld-On 40 locally?

I just broke a piece of acylic from my sump and need to fuse it back together. Does Home Depot or any other place carry Weld-On 40? Thanks.

I ordered the weld on 3 from tap plastics and it worked perfectly. They ship it really fast and it took one day to get to me via UPS ground.

I was thinking the same thing. Weldon 40 seems a bit of an overkill for a sump. (not to mention that I read somewhere else that it has a very quick dry/cure time).

Weld On #40
2 part CLEAR adhesive - see IPS chart on this page. Highest strength adhesive for acrylics. This is used in making large aquariums, tanks, and glueing thick pieces of Plexiglas. It cures perfectly clear. Removing bubbles after mixing requires patience and practice.

Most people I have read about that build large tanks or glue thick pieces of acrylic together soak the ends of the acrylic in weldon overnight to soften it up and help ensure a better bond.

#40 is expensive, over kill and dies rather faster after use (use it fast in other words). You can not get it at TAP or any place locally off the shelf. There are a few distributers that have it but you have to have an account with them and I don't think they stock it on the shelf.

Yeah, I made a mistake when I mentioned 40. I actually used Weld-On 3 and it worked great. Instant adhesion.
