OT: I need sleep

Last quarter of school, taking 4 classes and working 2 part-time jobs. Wake up at 4:30am to beat traffic and get home around 9pm. Don't have most weekends due to drill or missions. I have no life.

Not looking for sympathy, just someone to tell me the misery will pay off!!!!! (AKA don't tell me the truth )

brb gotta study

i was working from 430am to 4 pm and going to school 5 days a week from 530pm to 1130pm. got about 3-4 hours of sleep each night for 2 straight years. no joke no lies i only missed 3 days of class in 2 straight years through summer. IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!! just push yourself through it.....although it is hella tough now.....it will all be worth it in the end.

Wait until you graduate and have a real job.... If I can sleep 4 hours each night, that's good enough for me

Sleep is over rated. Just don't get a job where you can be contacted 24/7.

I thought I was the only one that thought so... Glad I'm not alone!!

For some, college = parties, fun, adventure
Yeah right , unless it's a homework party the night before it's due...

What happened to the guy in the Jaguar want to give you a ride?Tell him to be your chauffeur and take you to school and pick you up. Drop you off at the aquarium sit there and wait for you drop you off home and all you have to say is thank you see you tomorrow. Oh more thing the first time you let him see you have him buy an iphone for you so you can call him and tell him where and when to pick you up.....:-)

I was working 16 hours a day and going to school every other day and this wasn't a sit at desk job. Was usually leaving the house by 5:30am and coming home around midnight. Now I just work the weekends while I go to school because I was making my boss filthy rich LOL.

Hmmm your tired huh?? Lets see....

Last two weeks I worked 186 hrs in a very hostile environment.

I commute from Brooklyn to NYC 1.5hrs each way m-f ON A GOOD DAY

On Fridays I travel on Jetblue to my home in Fla. That sucks regularly with delays, screaming kids, irate travelers etc..

I've been working like this for the past 6mos. I've got black bags under my eyes, my clothes don't fit right any more (lost weight, no appetitite, due to coffee and nicotiene diet)

I also studied VERY hard in college. I often compair what I am doing to preparing for finals... Unfortunatley sometimes it still sux when you get out in the working world. Atleast my diet back then was Beer and Pizza
