What do you feed your clown trigger?

As the title says, what food do you find your clown trigger likes the most?

Mine eats lots of stuff - but most things, like lancefish, it will bite to pieces then spat out everything. Why?

What do you include?

Any ideas on why mine is spitting out squid, lancefish and shrimp?

I feed mine krill, shrimp, squid and even some flakes. He always chews up as much as he can and then spits it out. Almost like he wants to chew it before anyone else can touch it.

Triggerfish do that quite a bit, they are messy eaters. They chew up their food, spit it out, and go back for most of it.
