WTB: Protein Skimmer
First of all, hello everyone. I'm new to the Philadelphia area, and I am glad that there is a reef club here.
I am looking for an used protein skmmer. I just got a 55gal tank and I need a skimmer, but I don't have the money to buy a brand new one. Anyone know where I can get one or does anyone have an extra on they want to sell? |

I will be selling mine in 2 weeks. Its about 4 years old and its an in sump Life Reef foot print 8x12. It goes for over 400$ new. I would be looking for 200$. It works great. I have a new one on order. I am upgrading.

How much are you willing to spend? As I'm sure you know they come in a wide price range both new and used. I have a Coralife Super Skimmer rated up to a 65 gallon that needs a new pump. You can even get these new pretty cheap. I also have a CPR clone skimmer/refugium. I would sell either of these for $50.

I have a Coralife skimmer (hang on back or in sump use) I used on my 70 gal tank beofre upgrading to 120gallon tank. The skimmer was used for only six months. I will sell it for $70. PM me if you are interested.

I have a aqua c remora pro with mag 5 and skimmer box. It would be a great skimmer for your tank. Ill sell for $100.
