PH Levels

Hi everyone…. I’m having a difficult time riseing and maintaining my PH levels at or grater than 8.0. I have been using Seachem liquid as well as the powdered buffer.
What have you used and had success with? Could there be anything else that I need to look at?

The chemists may help you better than I, however, using the "soda ash" Alk recipe will raise it over time, also untill everything is balanced out dripping lime water at night will give you a higher starting point when the lights come on. What are you getting your readings from, test kits or a monitor. There are other things like CO2 and how many photosynthetic organisms you have that will help raise or lower pH.
