Oceanic chillers?

I am looking for info on the oceanic 1/4hp chiller.
All I can find on them is the basic specs.
(according to petsoloutions.)
Model 1/4hp
Inlet/Outlet 1/2" & 5/8"
GPH 475 - 800
BTU 3010
Power 3A
Dimensions 17" x 13" x 17 1/4"

And the following quote from the same site.

Also according to the images on same site.
One model appears to be a single stage and one model appears to be a dual stage chiller.

I am interested in hearing if anyone has any experience, info or an opinion on the oceanic chiller.

I checked the Oceanic site but there in not much info there either.

Anyone have one of these chillers? I might order one but would like more info or hands on experience.
