WTB-Powder Blue Tang-Seen any good ones at LFS?

If any of you have a PBT that has outgrown your tank or if you are breaking your tank down and selling your livestock please PM me.

If anyone knows of a great looking PBT for sale in a S. Calif. LSF store that you think is exceptional and hopefully eating well, please PM me also.

I had one and when my tank back separated I had to move all my fish and corals out. My PBT got sick at the store that was holding him and did not make it. It was my one of my favorite fish and now I've only had 2 fish in my tank last since Jan. Time to restock.

Thanks!

Ocean Pet in Northridge got a nice one last Saturday. I didn't stick around long enough to see if he ate or not though. You should also give Aquarium Works in Burbank a call to see if they have one. They are currently having a sale through Saturday.

My PB got ich 1 time really bad in the beginning but now it seems like he is immune, no more white little dots, amd he eats like crazy from my hand. I would trade you but it's my gf favorite fish. I just traded a Sohal back ago.

Thanks everyone! I'll go out looking this weekend.

Our LFS up here in the high desert can bring one in, but I want a really great looking one so thanks for the tips.

the harder the fish to keep the more fun the hobby..if you can keep pbt/large angels/morish idols then you know your water is good and established...

If you insist on getting a PB, just make sure you quarantine him for 3-4 weeks without copper.

I have a fully set up 29 gallon with live sand, live rock, mce600 skimmer, maxijet, heater and pc light for quarantine. I will leave him in it for at least 4 and probably 6 weeks.

Thanks!

I just got back from Ocean Pet in Northridge and they had a real nice PBT for $42 (minus 25% this weekend!!). They had a bigger one but probably too big for your tank. Better go by there and check it out if you want one...

Thanks Kelly! I went by there on Saturday and the largest one has the best color. Too bad the 4 fellas in the back were too busy fooling around, chatting, a bit of swearing and just having a good ol time the ten minutes I was checking out the store.

I just felt very uncomfortable and left. I have a pm from a fellow reefer that has one for sale that may work out or I am going to get one through my lfs up here.

Thanks all!
Joyce
