Should I go BB or DSB on new 90 gal?

Let me know what you think, also what you are running. I plan on having sps. Let me know what you think. Thanks!!

bare bottom display. 5 gallon bucket with RDSB in it attached to your sump. Low flow into the bucket which flows back into the sump. Get about a foot of sand in the bucket. It will keep you nitrate free.

I ran DSB for about 2 years, I went BB about 3 weeks ago and I'll never look back. I can have way more flow, It's nice and clean, no more sand blowing all over and just easier overall to manage. I was able to add more fish, feed more.

There are great things about both, but I'm really liking BB right now.

I still keep a DSB in my refugium though for a little nitrate control.

Remember, it's easy to add but a PITA to pull out.
