44g bowfront canopy

Hi, I want to build a 44g bowfront canopy but I'm not sure how to bc of the curve in the front. I need help!!!!!!!!! Anyone with experience at this please post or pm me. Very much appreciated.

What you should do is make a template of the top of your tank. Take that template, lay it out on plywood, and cut out your bottom and top. Make supports in the middle of the bow, and on the four corners. Connect everything, skin it, your done!

If you, or know anyone who has some woodworking skills, you can do a bent lamination using a form. To give you an idea, here's a post from a WW forum:

What you can also do is cut kerfs in the plywood (approx 1/4" apart) to allow the plywood to flex. A good lumber yard will sell something like this.
