At that size, she's much better suited for mining or factory work. I don't know what you were thinking putting her on construction.

Do the gutters need cleaning? Looks like some water backing up. Don't get the wrong idea. I'm offering to clean them. HeHe...

I'll try to get some pics soon but I just got my stand back this week.I sent it to a friend for the finish work because he has better tools and more knowledge so I figured it would be faster!!
Wrong It took 6 weeks!! So I got some of the sanding done today(during naptime)
I think I'm gettin closer to actually getting water in the tank although it seems like I've done enough work to set-up 10 tanks.
Wiring,Footings,Piers and joists, buying lots and lots of parts,a few custom electrical projects to be debuted later, refugium build, ect
If this thing does'nt turn out to be really nice it wo'nt be for lack of trying!!

The top has 2 2x6's all screwed and glued so I would'nt have a center support! If it is'nt strong enough then my floor is'nt either. Its way over built in accordance to rc tradition

Excelent! I wish I didn't have a center post. Would have made fitting a larger sump possible.

The stand looks great. I love the idea of no center brace. I'll have a tank build going myself in several months, if you get spare time would you post some details of the stand construction?

I wish I knew how to do all the fancy diagrams on this thing but I can't . The stand is a 2x6 rectangle on the top and bottom and the legs I built in a "L" shape of 2-2x6's that are screwed inbetween the top and bottom .Nothin fancy but it looks like way too much when compared to store bought.Hope that helps if not I might be able to take a referance pic.Today I hope to get all the sanding done so tommorrow I can stain and touch-up the painted interior.
