OT: Cat Help

I have an adorable adult male (nuetered) cat that needs a new home. I will not take and just drop him off in the woods. He loves Children, other Cats and even Dogs. Please help me find him a new home. You dont even have to pay me or give me frags.

Excuuuuuuse me, but that's YOUR pet. Putting him down because you've decided to abandon YOUR responsibilties is not an option. Sheesh.

Hopefully someone will adopt him. He deserves to live with a person who will love him and not ditch him as soon as he becomes an inconvenience.

Your attitude sucks.

You have no right or reason to tell me what I am or can do. I rescued this animal in the first place while it was looking for food. Then I had him neutered. As for my attitude He needs a home...take it for what you want... the adoption agencies do not want him and I will not just let him into the wild...So if you want to talk responsibilities? Keep your lips shut if you dont know what the situation is.

You bash me yet, you did not step up and give this animal a home. I have given you more time than you deserve.

Unfortunately the adoption agencies are over capacity and the S.P.C.A. told me that there is a chance they will have to put him down.

Post his picture in the lounge. There are a lot of cat lovers over there. I'd take him myself if I didn't have 2 already. When you get three, you're a certified dotty cat person.

I understand where you're coming from about taking in a stray: I had one I kept for two years before I found a pat--ah, two lovely people getting married who badly wanted a cat.

You know you can airship an unescorted animal. You have to go to freight, have a proper carrier, make sure he's got a little trank, and be level-sure the guy at the receiving end knows exactly when he's coming in and where to pick him up at freight at his own airport. I don't like to ship like that, because there's so much that can go wrong, but it's sure a better chance than in an overcrowded shelter.

Also, if you get down to the bitter choice with this, pm me, and I'll put his photo onto my website...I get quite a lot of hits with a lot of people who love pets, and I'd sure help.

if he is all white I remember some guy on craigslist was looking for an all white cat. I'd charge a small adoption fee so that you know he is not going to be sold for experiments (for craigslist) . If someone here adopts, then I wouldnt charge any fee b/c I'd feel comfortable he is getting a good home.

good luck. I took in a pregnant stray and now I have her and one of her babies. I sure love them though.

Is he deaf? The girlfriend said that 60% of cats with blue eyes are deaf? Take this with a grain of salt though, she's notorious for giving me misinformation.

He's a cute one for sure. Give it a few more days and I'm sure you'll find a new owner for him.

No, that information is true. Many "all white" cats with blue eyes are deaf.

I love that photo of your cat. He looks like a doll. I hope one of the folks who pm'd you wants him. I would take him but I have 2 cats already and one of them is "special needs" (allergic to everything and needs lots of meds).

I was going to say to be wary of the Craig's list person seeking an all-white cat. THere's a weird fad going on where people are painting cats in bright patterns....fun for the people, not so fun for the cats.

I wish you luck in finding a loving home for your boy.
