wtb: new skimmer....

hello again all, I am thinking about getting a new skimmer, as the one I have is rated for 110 gallon system, and my whole system is about 175 to 190 gallons. I had purchased a nice bright green milli, and a couple of other acro frags, and they are browning out a bit on me, and I was told that if I have high nutrient contents in the tank, millis and other acros will brown out.....so I am looking at upgrading my skimmer to hopefully get rid of some of those nutrients. Does any one have a nice skimmer for sale? or know of a store or online retailer that has good deals right now? And what would be the best bang for the buck so to speak? Right now I am running a top fathom skimmer, and I was thinking about just going with a larger one from them, as they seem to skim really well. thank in advance........

I have an ASM G2 for sale, asking $175. It is rated for 200 gal, but realistically it can handle more like 125g. It wouldnt be big enough alone, but you could use it in combination with your other skimmer and that would work well.

Well, while everyone's busy one-upping each other, I have an ASMG4X for sale with a gate valve, spare impeller for the Sedra 9000, and enkamat for a mesh mod if you'd like...all for...$270...

your pm box is full glbtrottr.........But I may be interested in yourr skimmer. Thanks to all for the posts though. of course, I would like to go with the largest I can, so if I add more water volume in the near fututre, I will not have to upgrade again.
