Eheim 1250/Dimensions

Does anyone own the Eheim 1250 or know the dimensions of it?

I am limited to space in my sump and I need a pump that is no larger than 3.5 inches in width.

Thanks.

Thanks Hop, I saw that also. I am wondering if the mounting base is counted in the 3.8"..... Because with my last pump I had to trim the base in order for the pump to fit.

I just looked at my 1048 and the width listed includes the baseplate. It's 3" w/ the base and 2 1/8th without. I don't have a 1050 sitting around.

Sounds good.

Do you think I could dremel maybe a 1/4" off the base plate? It would fit with out but I would have to cram it in.

Sure, I don't see why not. Just make sure there is room around it so that it doesn't vibrate and rattle against the sides of the sump.
