lighting prob.

hello i have a 29 gal oceanic. Im having a lighting problem im thinking its the part in the hood of the tank where the light plugs in. i cant find a number on oceanic any ware for customer service. so what is happening is one of the plugs is not working wat so ever and then the other plug in i have to flip the switch multiple times i have just bought brand new bulb's for each light i have checked all the wires and everything so does anyone have a number to get a hold of oceanic or a way to fix this problem. and help is apreciated
