The BEST online reef retailer

Please share your opinion for the best online retailer of reef livestock, as judged by the quality of livestock per dollar spent.

Of course, this is a very open-ended question, so it would be helpful if you qualify your opinion:
Best SPS/LPS/softies, etc.
Best frag oacks retailer
best ricordeas
best fish
Best live rock, live sand
best inverts
best rare livestock
etc.
etc.

There are so many sites out there, and for many the only information is what is on the site itself! We need unbiased accounts from actual reefers. Support your favorite site by giving a shout out and tell about your experience. We all know that sites are NOT equal, so who does reef livestock best?

Some useful info: Are the prices good for what ends up arriving at your door? Do the pictures on the site accurately represent what you get? How do specimens survive? How is the service, and is the staff knowledgable and helpful? Shipping prices?

Let the recommendations begin!

There are a lot of good and bad, but it is EXTREMELY hard to find ANYTHING negative about Drs. Foster & Smith, quality all around.

Salty Critter is Awesome, and Reefermadness is very reliable for quality Corals

The Drs. Foster & Smith sites (LiveAquaria.com, eTropicals.com) work very hard on the quality of their product *and* their customer service. I won't even consider any other after dealing with them.

I have to agree about DrFS, they have outstanding customer service! They have a very good selection of fish, corals, inverts, etc...never had an issue and I have been refunded on numerous corals that did not make the trip with no questions asked.

reefhotspot.com

ive made it a hobby to browse from site to site as well as familiarize myself with all the local fish stores/wharehouses and have found reef hot spot to be by far the best. i live in los angeles and have quite a few options not just small stores but large wharehouses that have upwards of two thousand fish and have found rhs to be by far the best both in price and quality. max is responsible for the succes of my tank if not for him i would probably be out of the hobby.

I think that mr. coral, www.*******.com, is truly a great all around site for corals. They have excellent customer service and good prices on all corals. Also everything is WYSIWYG!

I ordered some frags from reefscience and some of the stuff was different from what I ordered, frags were small and unmounted, I emailed him and he said some of the stuff was not available so he just picked some other frags for me. I didnt like that because I would have canceled the order if I would have know. Also the SPS frags were brown and I had to wait for them to regain their color. reefhotspot's frags are 5 times larger still have all of their color and are all mounted.

I'm glad someone ask this because I've been looking for a new place to buy online.
The first and last time I ordered from Dr.Foster and Smith was when our Maroon clown died in 2 days, the wrasse lasted about 3 weeks before it died(just long enough so no refund), the Kenya tree was almost torn in two at the trunk, and the icing on the cake was the bout of cyano I had to battle that came in on the green striped mushrooms.
There customer service maybe good but IMO there product is crap.

The www.reefhotspot.com looks promising. Anyone else have some suggestions? Keep the links coming guys!

Live Aquaria is awesome, Dr Mac's "pieces of the reef" seem like a great deal, and reefhotspot has gained my respect lately.

Tehrab, your avatar is awesome! Can i plz has a cheezberger?
