having hard time keeping 29 gal bio cube clean

i have 20 lbs live rock and 1 clown, blue neon ,1 algae blenny ,4 hermit crabs my sand is very hard to keep clean same as the glass

You need a sand sifter to keep the sandbed turned over. Nassarius snails will do the trick.

Cleaning the inside of the glass is a part of the hobby, you can use a mag float scrubber, credit card or if your like me just use a razor blade and hold it at an angle.

get a variety of snails: Turbo, nassarius, cerinth. They do different jobs, and will help you with keeping the tank clean.

EDIT: and the hermits may kill the snails off eventually so you will need to replace them every once in a while. I don't keep hermit crabs in my tank, because its a pain to constantly replace snails, but most people do.

In my tanks they wont kill the snail if you provide lots of empty shells they can move into. You can get them free or very cheap from your LFS.
