having hard time keeping 29 gal bio cube clean
i have 20 lbs live rock and 1 clown, blue neon ,1 algae blenny ,4 hermit crabs my sand is very hard to keep clean same as the glass

You need a sand sifter to keep the sandbed turned over. Nassarius snails will do the trick.
Cleaning the inside of the glass is a part of the hobby, you can use a mag float scrubber, credit card or if your like me just use a razor blade and hold it at an angle. |

get a variety of snails: Turbo, nassarius, cerinth. They do different jobs, and will help you with keeping the tank clean.
EDIT: and the hermits may kill the snails off eventually so you will need to replace them every once in a while. I don't keep hermit crabs in my tank, because its a pain to constantly replace snails, but most people do. |

In my tanks they wont kill the snail if you provide lots of empty shells they can move into. You can get them free or very cheap from your LFS.
