need help with sick fish

After hours of tearing down my tank, I final caught the sick lyretail anthia. I had this guy for about a week and have been wasting away. He has stringy white poop, fin and tail rot, and also some areas the skin is peeling away. He hasnt been eating but is very alert. I have him in qt. I have maracyn on hand and also copper. Please tell me what I should do. I will treat him by tongiht. Thanks -Mike

The fin and tail rot could be from vitamin defecencies, which could be the case if he is not eating. The white fecal casts(stringy white poop) could be parasites or it could also be from starvation, kinda like a constipation. The most important thing I think is to get him to eat, then get him to eat something enriched.
