Whats the most holes youve SUCCESSFULLY drilled into the back of a 3 foot tank??

Im digging this old 46 bowfront out of my garage, and setting it up for a friend.........

I want to know whats the most holes that have been successfully drill by anyone on a 46 bow,

or any 3 foot tank for that matter.

I dont care if im pushing the envelope, just curious.

eleventy billion, yes, billion
Kinda depends on how thick the material is. If the tank was made with thicker material - 40 or so wouldn't bother me.

Success is good though

Hey, Im curious........ive always drilled glass by laying the tank down on its side on a piece of foam on a concrete floor. That way i just put a rim of silicon and gravity holds whatever coolant i am using in.

Did you just drill it upright?? as that obviously wont work on a bow.

You can still drill it laying down like you mentioned... just put it face down on some foam and then block it in with more foam like you would with a wheel that you didn't want to roll. Level it and you're good to go.
