Best Paint for Glass

Can someone recommend a good paint for glass? I have read krylon fusion is good but the can does not say that it works on glass.

Thanks,
EJ

I used Krylon spray paint and it worked well on the back of my tank. I sprayed the top a medium blue, and the bottom a dark blue, and blended them together so that it faded from one to the other.

The Ace hardware around the corner from my house has like 15 colors. That is in miami though, I imagine there is somewhere closer to you!

If this is for the outside of the tank, I've always used the cheapest spray enamel I could find. Last tank was spayed with DAP black spray enamel I got at the local dollar store. Cost: $1.00

Well, it will probably be for both. The glass for the overflow will be painted to match the nonviewing sides. Should I paint the overflow glass on the inside or outside?

Thanks,
EJ

Any enamel will work...I think I used a can of flat black primer that I got at walmart's auto section...About 3 coats, it's all going to be purple 6 months down the road anyway.

Walmart usually carries Krylon Fusion if you decide to go with that.

EJ- just paint the outside. I just did this the other day and I just used some basic flat spray paint. It looks good. I wouldnt worry to much, as joedirt said, it will be covered in purple soon. Good luck. Chris
