I can't wait for this
last year I bought 3 hairy mushrooms
last week I sold 7 and I still have 9
this turned out to be a great beginner coral for me
I'm currently changing my tank to a more specific tank
zoo's - rics - and some monti's
but the advice and frag I bought last year really encouraged me to keeping corals
What a great event.

I'm coming out with some other PMAS members. Already put in a bunch of Fragswapper wants, but our camera cord was lost in the move so I can't list anything. SIGH. Maybe I'll toss some in a box at the last minute.

If you know Adam, PM him and bust his chops for being lazy. I offered to bring out and broker his frags while he is off on his trip. So no Adam frags for joo!

On the other hand if your girlfriend is 13yrs old or under she gets in free

It is worth the $5 to let her come in and "get the bug" then she will see things that she loves and you will "have" to buy them "for her"

You don't have to be a member. You can come see me and join though and support the club. Your membership can help enrich the club even further.

This is for any reefers coming up from Kentucky or Arkansas. Hopefully the savings will help offset busfare...

I am starting to see more listers put a disclaimer on their listings about buying the item by a certain amount of time. After visitng the last couple of swaps I do realise that some people buyers and sellers never follow through on their purchase/sale.

My suggestion for this is that more listers accept pay pal. This way the sellers can relax knowing that their corals are paid for. The buyers are protected through their credit cards and I believe pay pal offers fraud protection as well.

In addition to the piece of mind this gives everyone, it will make the transaction easier. How many listers are going to carry change?

I know some people do not have a pay pal account, but they are free to set up. You can use it on Ebay and many other sites too. There is a charge to person receiving money of like 2%. If you feel the need you could ask the buyer to cover that on a pay pal transaction or better yet-split it.

That's my opinion. As a buyer, I would like to go to the frag swap knowing I have most of my purchases paid for and know I can just go shop for more. I also do not need to worry about change.

What do you all think about this?

Being this is my first frag swap, would i be able to bring cash and purchase frags there without any pre-arrangments?

Thanks

Absolutely Jason. Lots of people do this, and not everyone lists their frags on fragswapper. There will also be vendors there with corals for sale.

Yes. The only pre-arrangements are through fragswapper.com. Those listings are by individuals that want to sell some of their corals. There will be many other stores there, that you will be able to come in and purchase things from.
