Aquarium and cleaning the "glass"
Hi all. I'm moving everything into an acrylic aquarium in the next couple of weeks. I was wondering what opinions were on cleaning the acrylic. Obviously, the front viewing pane gets cleaned but what do you all do with the back and sides. Do you just allow the coralline algae (or whatever else) to grow on the sides and back glass or do you clean those off as well. I guess this is an opinion question more than anything but just wanted to guage what the thoughts were on the subject.

you will eventually want to see through the sides so i would try to keep the front and 2 sides clean

The tank is a built in so seeing through the sides doesn't happen and because it is in a room with all types of ugliness around it, the sides will be blacked out like the back.
Thanks for the input, I appreciate it. |

then it sounds like coralline also on sides for hiding the ugliness
