JBJ 12 gal lighting upgrade choices
HAve JBJ 12 gal with 48 watt P.C. lights. Corals are mainly Palys, Zoas, Ricordia , LPS such as Plate, Blastos and Acanth frags.
Don't really like the M.H. options. Looking at either Nano-Customs Replacement Hood with 96 watts or 24" Nova Extreme T-5. I seem to like the Nova Extreme but will the mounts work on the JBJ? How much of the tank needs to have a cover over it for the Nova Extreme? Any blue moonlight compatable to change from the white? |

Would mh be an option. the 24" might not fit on top and even if you do manage there will be alot of wasted light. check out a sunpod mh. thats what i have and love it. i know heat might be an issue but even if you get the nanotuners upgrade heat will stil be a problem.
