Here is a pic of my Purple Slimer growing over my Bali Slimer:

I was afraid that it would killed that Bali branch since the Purple Slimer encrusting fast... but somehow that Bali Slimer branch has managed to outgrow the PS!

Another shot from a different angle:

and here the teal Austera encrusting over the top of the granulosa (the brown looking coral):

Wow, your tank is truly awesome. I love to see how fast sps corals can fill in a tank; its really cool to see how they grow and compete for space. Thats something you really cant find in LPS tanks.. I'm jealous

I call that first one as a blue bottle brush since the tips are more elongated like the bottlebrush. I call the other colony (in the 3rd pic posted by me) the typical tenuis structure... but i'm not an expert in coral naming anyway. But at least I know they are two different types of corals

Purple polyps with sharp tips birdnest from Travis at Upscale:

My Efflo collection:

Lime green with Pink tips Efflo: my favorite:

Green with brigh purple tips Efflo: this efflo didn't grow much in the 1 1/2 yrs I had it, but then started taking off in just the last 6 months.. it is already forming the 2nd layer now:

Closeup from the top:

Yellow (?) base w/ purple polyps:

Got it as a frag from a friend that said it supposed to be yellow.. It stayed brown for 2 yrs and grew super slow until I recently moved it to right infront of the Tunze 6100 and it started to change color and grow much better!

You can see the a little of the base of my 4th efflo in the top right corner somehow I missed taking pic of it last time.
