Question

I'm new to this forum, can I come too? I can bring beer, let me know. I don't have much to trade, maybe some Orange and pink Zoa's .... Should I bring a name tag since I don't know anyone there?

This will be my first time going, I didn't know such congregations existed. I want to fill my 12G Nano with about 100 of your frags. I can't wait, hopefully no one makes me cry, cause I'm a really sensitive guy. See you all there. Oh by the way, how do I put up an avatar?

I'm fairly new to ReefCentral and Orange County for that matter and would like to meet fellow reefers from the area. Are all welcome, even if I don't have anything to swap at the moment? I heard it is a great time! I'd be happy to bring something.

Joe
Yes, of course! That's what swaps are all about - meeting fellow reefers, picking up some stuff, eating, drinking and having a good time.

If you'd like to bring something for the potluck, that would be really great.

Sounds good! You don't need to bring a name tag, they'll be some provided.

Thanks - Looking forward to meeting everyone! Looks like you'll need some more side dishes. I'll bring some chinese cole slaw. Don't know how chinese it really is, if at all, but it tastes pretty good !

Yeah you can get free food....but you won't walk away from a swap empty handed and you will also have a few new reef friends.

Last time I brought some green and pink frogspawn. I will be able to bring between 5-10 heads available as individual or branching. I plan only to bring what is requested, so if you are interested send PM atleast 4 hours in advance. Price is $10 per head which average 1-2" in diameter.

This is the best representative picture that I have at this moment. I will try to post a new picture if anyone is interested.

Final list of what I will be bringing:

Pink so-called "encrusting gorgonian." Probably Erythropodium caribaeorum. About 4"x5", on rock about 8 pounds. $35

2"x2" frag E. caribaeorum, mounted $10

Med. Fiji rock with 1"x2" E. caribaeorum and large section of plating coralline algae (probably Peyssonnelia sp.). This rock has some pest algae on it and maybe an aipatasia I missed. About 10 pounds. $35

Misc. discosoma mushrooms, $5/each. Green (several), orange (1) and blue/purple (2).

One green Rhodactis mushroom, $5.

Baby clowns! A. ocellaris, some misbarred, some not. $10.

For my new seagrass/leather lagoon, I am looking for:
Algaes/seagrasses - Halophila ovalis, Halophila engelmannii and Halophila decipiens.

Large frogspawn for George/Teamera
Marinated chicken

So far here's the reserve list.
SaltNutz- 1 pink frogspawn head
beefjerkygood- 1 green frogspawn head
gregr- 1 pink frogspawn head

To clarify: I have very limited number of pink heads available, and the heads that are remaining are mixtures of pink and green or just green. I'll try to post some new pics tonight if I have time!

I'll have frags of both green and red/orange monti cap.

email gho directly about what's left to bring, or he chimes in every couple of days here.
