waiting for prodibio products to come in . they are going to be in the states next friday and I already placed my order and should receive them a few days later. I didn't think saying who I bought something from would be a problem so if you want to know where I got it you can pm me. there prices are on the site already and can be pre ordered. I have to say thanks to the store owner I am sure he is watching.

Well Travis you must know more than those directly involved then - plus plenty of email messages in support of those of us who got banned. It is the users of the other forums' loss unfortunately- but that thread is still open to view for the good information and questions it contains. As I said lets leave it there please - this is Iwans' thread about his approach and that is what has got us all so interested in his husbandary, lighting, prodi and zeo tools.

Good luck with your ZB4 trial and I would be genuinly interested to hear how you get on with it ( by email if you need the privacy).

Iwan, you posted a pic over there with your tank when it was under MH and you had just started prodi which I thought was a great before/after comparison - could you post it here please?

Cheers

Simon

Of course simon.
You see the tank before Prodibio. The illumination made by 2x250W MH's in combination with blue T8. The DSB is running since some months.

This was the situation 12 months ago. I then have optimized my system constantly. Of the corals which I have now, 90% were already existing. For the memory, my tank is looking now so:

What a change. I wish we could have seen pictures of it with the same lighting, before and after using that product.

Stunning progress in a year!!

Iwan do you have any natural sunlight that shines on the tank in the morning or evening?

Melev, - if I understand Iwans approach correctly - the factors that contribute to the fantastic changes are T5s, prodibio, zeo supplements to tweak coloration and trace element supplementation and that any one of these such as prodibio isnt responsible for the results on its own.

Tangblack has MHs and uses prodi - maybe he could post up some before and after images?

Here are a couple of hysterix before after shots from my T5 tank - spaced 9 weeks appart. The variables have been prodi for 9 weeks, zeo CV for 5, zeo aahc for 2 (oh and a camera tripod - lol).

Iwans' method is working for me!

cheers

Simon

Lookin good Simon. Great growth and color on that BN. What, if any, changes have you seen in the past 2 weeks since starting AAHC?

Thanks Iwan & Travis - I really do appreciate you sharing your hybrid approach Iwan - thanks again.

On the hystrix - some of the polips on the inside branches facing upwards (ie not the growth tips) where white - I thought it maybe bleaching from the center. Since using AAHC 1 drop per 100l the colour has returned - phew:-) ! Also the porities seems to be encrusting faster. I was dosing that at night - but have just changed to daytime dosing on Iwan's recomendation to see if AAHC has an effect on PE then ( Idid doe both day and night but that caused an increase in the film on the glass). With zeo CV - the color of the plating montis has improved another notch and the digitas and plating are growing faster.

No changes observed yet in the acros.

Cheers

AMAZING

I have not given any trace elements for a long time. I was convinced that the colors of my corals through this have got better. The company Nightsun has asked me whether I want to test her products ( trace elements). Of course I was sceptical. However, I have given my ok. See your pictures and compare!

I look forward to the further development. I guess this already looks very interesting!

Interesting....

From the pics the hysterix definately looks better 'after'. I think I prefer the colors in the 'before' shots of the other 2 comparisons - were these posted in the right order?

Do you have any more before after pics of individual corals? Maybe that would help show the differences better?

I checked the web link out and it is only the introduction that is in english - pls could you let me know what you'd added from that range? - Have you stopped using any of the zeo elements?

There is a dealer in Basel 'Mutti - bitte kanst du ein bischen einkaufen gehen......'

Cheers

The colors seem metallic. The differences are not effective so extremely on the photos yet. The colors generally are simply more flourescent.
I give the other products like usual. However, I measure the trace elements out really very lowly.

the first photos look better quality so it is hard to tell if the product worked.

Iwan the photos do look photo shopped. do you have photos straight from the camera.

do you have shrimps?? i noticed you got hawkfish, do they eat them and have the hawkfish jumped from your tank.

The only difference I see is the after pictures have a blue tint to them, as if the white balance wasn't set right.

Hard to get these things spot on a week apart from different locations, but taking that into account, I don't think you should really be able to spot a change in only a weeks time.
