Bit late but are you sure he was dead, they dont just die overnight, what did he look like?

I'm ashamed to say, but the poor thing was probably just pooping / acclimatising.
Silly birthday excitement + lack of reading up = naughty reefer

After that I waited the full 6mths for the tank to settle and got myself a beauty of a RBTA. He's growing like crazy, eats like a pig and has never wandered. I'll post some pics once I get a better camera.

There have been some really great pictures on this thread, thanks for sharing everyone!

I went through all 10 pages on this thread so far and have yet to see anyone post another anenome like this.

Here is a shot of my smaller Gold Bar Maroon and his best friend, the beautiful, but ever so scary, Hell Fire Anenome:



Scientific name: Actinodendron glomeratum

Just be sure not to "pet" this one.
