GSMguy - thanks for you quick reply and thanks to everyone for some great information!

I had sent an email to the LFS owner to get some further information on this guy. About the only thing he told us when we purchased it was that there are only around 1 in 1000 of these available, and that he has put in for a couple others and there is about a 4 month waiting list! I'm glad we wandered in there when we did!

We picked this fella up for around $60.00

Quick question for Picasso owners. Will the white pattern change at all from Juv to Adult or is the pattern they have as juvies the same one they'll have in adult hood? Might be a stupid question but I would like to know.

Thanks

There are a few places on the web (online stores) that sell them. They are all over priced and so are LFS but if you know someone who owns a store or knows someone who owns a store you might get a good deal on them. Don't worry I was charged around normal retail price for mine but Im trying to find other avenues. I waited 4-5 months for my LFS to get my pair after having been placed on the waiting list.

This is my wild caught pair. Would the female be considered to be a "picasso"?

When people refer to Picasso, they usually are referring to ORA strain. ORA Picasso do have a certain cross band that is very distinct and easy to id. This is a beautiful WC clown with similar (but not quite) band marking. No not Picasso.

Not all Picasso have the diamond shape band on the gill. Some have a hook, some don't have any gill marking.
