Post Selcon or Vita-Chem for your anemone?

Please tell me which product you use, and why? What changes have you noticed? And what else do you suggest to keep an anemone healthy?

I used Vita-chem, but mostly for the fish and the tank as a whole, the reason for it, because it contains a ton of good stuff and I haven't seen selcon locally...

I was reading the back of the vita-chem bottle and it has a lot of items that selcon doesn't. But alot of people I have talked to swear by selcon.

Thanks to everyone that shared their thoughts!

I have yet to find (1) bit of relevant scientific documentation indicating it might even promote a positive impact in reef critters.

If someone has one, please direct us all too it

I use both Selcon and Vita-Chem in my food for my fish and anemones. Can't say how well it works though.
