What lighting do you have it under? And how close to the lights.

what lighting was it under before you got it and what is your current lighting scheme?? How long have you had it?? It may be going through acclimation from the before tank to yours.

It is under 20K xm's, about 20inches from the bulb 8 inches below water line.

I've had it for 4 months now and it turned to all green.

It may be just acclimating to your lighting. Also what are your water params?? Anything out of balance?? You can always move it around some to see if the correct coloration comes back. Maybe someone who's keeping this coral could chime in with their experience, placement etc.

i have it (aka balmes stoddarti) ... i found the more you get away from blue light to white light, the more pink the tips are.

that being said, i have it growing in a work tank under 175wUsh14kSEs and it is mostly green with light tips... i think if i stare at it long enough the tips may turn pink It is just now getting happy after being transplanted from another one of my tanks... so maybe the tips will get pink soon.

outside of that... i've not seen many pics that really show its pink tips. the pic on tyrees site shows light tips maybe with a hint of purple and the base not even so green.

There seems to be no problem keeping the base green.

wow... looking back, what a rambling response.... sorry, wrote b/w phone calls here at work

Tim, Awesome picture, you are getting the nice pinkish tips. Mine definately gets some purplishpink tips, occasionally I find the purple/pink tips fading and then they seem to re-appear. Must be the parameters in the tank.

I keep mine up high right under the hot point of the DE bulbs. I run 250 w 14K Phoneix bulbs.

I am confused, is the Aqua Delight the same as the Roland Balmes A. stoaddarti??? Mine is the Roland Balmes stoddarti.

i got the pink jade, aquaD, and tubs mystic all at the same time and it took a while to tell them all apart

mako, spectacular, you are definately getting the pink in the corralites. Is that the Aqua Delight or the A. stoddarti from Roland??

mark, i got my original 1.5" frag from tubs (exoticreefs) in 2/06. his came from greg hiller and was called the aquadelight.

you aren't going to believe this one...but i returned his pink lemonade frag to him for it once i discovered the PL and atlantis shades of fall were the same. but its all good .
