Another $350 Frozen in the hobby

Well it finally happened. The wifey took back control of our freezer. She gave me until the weekend to get all my fish food out of there. All my clams, cockles, prawns, squid, fish flesh, etc. all have to find a new home. So this could only mean one thing......

Home appliance shopping!

Went down to a couple of the big name appliance store and finally found the perfect freezer. 8.7 cubic feet Frigidaire upright freezer. $350 shipped to my front door.

Thats a lot of room for fish food so I will allow the missus to put some long term frozen items in there but its all mine all mine I tell you!!

So chalk up another $350 to the hobby. Anyone else forced to buy their own freezers for fish food?

If you have a fishroom buy yourself those little fridge that are 24'' tall.

You'll save $350

I was forced to buy my own fridge after years of keeping chum and bait...till the day the circut breaker tripped and I had chum juice dripping out of the fridge.

I measured the side of her bed. when she asked what I was doing I told her I was measuring the size of tank I could have after she moved in with her mom. She got the point. I put up with er dog and cat,she can put up with my fish. I'm a good husband so putting up with some fish food in the freezer, or a QT tank is not to much to ask IMO. Hell I let her park her car in my fishroom, even if she does call it a garage.

Silly girls.
