Bumped my Octopus NW-150 - now microbubbles

I was installing a pump for a UV sterilizer today and I bumped into my skimmer when placing it in the sump. I've taken the skimmer out before to clean it up and I've never had a problem. The bubbles seem to be pouring out of the riser tube where there previously were none. I'm not really sure what to make of this, but now my display is filled with them and it looks awful. I have a half baffle in front of the fuge chamber, but it's not a "real" bubble trap. Any ideas as to what I can check on my skimmer to keep bubbles out of the riser tube?

Bump for ideas. Not only do the bubbles ruin the appearance of the display, but they also cause serious havoc with my skimmer, causing it to overflow in only a few hours, even with the riser tube fully lowered.

Well I disassembled the pump and reassembled it. I don't know what's causing the microbubbles to pour out of the riser tube. I never had any of them before. Even with the riser tube bottomed out all the way, skimming is still very poor. If it's any higher, it overflows.
