Recedding Bubble coral

having headache with my bubbles, all other lps and SPS are fine, phospate 0.03, ca 400, nitrate less than 5, temp 25 celcius, flow very slow, light low-medium, KH 8 dkh. but dunno why my bubbles always expand beautifully for the first 1-2 weeks then recede and die slowly????

Bubble coral

Is the water flow to direct? Has the coral fallen off of the rock or is it being stung by something? They are subject to brown jelly infection.

I have seen this happen once unexpectedly after about 6 months of looking normal. I wonder if it is some trace element that is missing. Do you feed the bubble at all?

Mine is now half open now.
It was supposed to be white, but it is now brown..

I might have too much flow, and I am running 10k 250watt MH
