Lookin for wet neck skimmer thread...

Hi guys, I don't usually hang out here on this forum, but a while back I read through a great thread from someone who had built his own high end skimmer... His "Dream" skimmer. I remember it was big, and had a wet neck design.... Does anyone know the thread I'm looking for?
