BTW, for those that don't want to watch through all 6 minutes 38 seconds of that clip, the fish tank is featured at the 3 minute 20 second mark.

It could have been someone's nick here on RC? I've seen the nick Ron Popeil on here but that doesn't necessarily mean it's him.

Apparently his tank is one of the most "eloguent" in the state of Louisiana. That's a perfectly cromulent word, though I guess.

I just wasted my time with it. It isn't a very nice tank and he needs to learn how to take care of his fish.

There was another rappers reference to his tank...it might be ludacris or something but in one of his songs it states something along the lines of "my tanks maintenance cost more than your mortgage" or it could have been "My fish tank is bigger than your house" One of those.
