Reef/Fish Tank for Public Viewing

I'm going to Vegas in a few weeks and was wondering where some big displays are. There have to be a few hotels or something with something nice. I was out there 11 years ago, but all I remember is getting stuck in a Circus Circus elevator and the fire department causing a fireworks related brush fire, no fish related stuff.

Thank you for the info. I'll check these places while I'm out there. (And what happened to all of those cheap buffets? i was out there in '96 and brunch was $1.99 and dinner was $2.99 at the Star Dust. I hear it is all really expensive now!)
