no wiper.....but with quartz sleeve.........I usedit on a 150 and it was just fine......tapped into return line with a nice slow flow.....I think it is rated for up to a 200 gallon tank or so.

Did you use paypal? If so just file a dispute or whatever and get your money back.

Thats next. This is the last chance for him. I would rather have the UV a dispute with paypal is a PITA and from what i remember they take a cut also.
