good prices..... not so good customer support.

I placed an order with coralsplus.com over the phone as i had some questions about the product i wanted. After about 5 days I hadn't seen a charge on my cc so i started calling them and emailing them. Most of the time i couldn't get ahold of anyone and when i did I had to leave a message with the gal were i would never get a response. When i finally got ahold of the individual I place the order with he informed me that he was out of stock on the item and was waiting to get the product in stock, at this time I canceled the order. after 8 days out the only thing I wanted to know was the status of my order. If he would have responded to either my emails or messages left over the phone i would have been fine.
