Custom made AquaC Remora Pro
For Sale: A Custom made AquaC Remora Pro.. I had this unit custom made for me by Jason at AquaC. This is my second Remora. After havening great success with my other remora I had Jason modify a new one for me to add some nice features. This unit has been servicing my tank for about 8 months with great success. I was offered a great deal on a AquaC 240 so i jumped on it ( Means i can do more fish and coral) ....
Here is a list of modifications from a standard unit. 1)Thread connection vs a Barb Fitting. This allowed me to install a union for easy removal and for versatile plumbing. This allows to run plumbing in all directions. Not from the bottom only like standard units. 2)Extended collection cup.. More contact time... Which we all know thats a good thing. 3)Removable ramp. This allows unit to be installed on a sump, or were water is lower ( no Splash) less bubbles 4)Side Slit.. This allows collection cup to be removed from the side which is a awesome feature in tight spots.. Whats included 1)AquaC Remora Pro 2)Standard Collection cup with optional drain fitting installed 3)Extended Collection Cup with optional drain fitting installed ( this allows more contact time and the use of larger pumps) 4) Surface Prefilter Boxes 5) Quiet One 3000 Pump    This is how I had it hooked up in my tank. From aquaC. Everything was from them exept the pump. It was needed because I was using the unit with max flow so it could handle my well stock tank.
