Was one of the better fights this year. Bj almost had him in a triangle with his legs and an armbar at the same time. He ran the first 2 rounds but was spent for the third. I look forward to seeing St. Pierre take him down soon.

Hughes has good lungs ... and great recovery. I was teammates with him at EIU. Not technically superior in any aspect but tough as nails in all aspects.
The strength he uses to wear you down is well spent as he seems to recover way faster than you. BJ spent so much energy defending his takedowns that getting winded was inevitable. BJ is technically superior to Matt but anyone who has wrestled or fought knows that good cardio often beats great technique. Matt recovered right away and finished him off. Also BJ apparently popped some ribs when he slid around Matt. GSP will have to submit Matt in the first 2 rounds. If he can't then there's no way he'll beat him. Matt will overpower his guard late in the fight and ground and pound his *** into oblivion.

No question GSP is the real deal. I haven't seen him go 5 rounds yet. I would like to see Matt win and setup a fight with Diego Sanchez!
