Photo Album Software?

I'm looking for a good photo album software. I'm trying Coffee Cup Flash Photo Gallery. Does anyone have a better suggestion? I would really like it if some of you would give me feedback on what I have now before I buy it.

It seems a little quirky. It seems you have to click refresh in order to get the thumbnails to show up, and advancing the thumbnail strip isn't very intuitive. However, I do like that you can click an image to enlarge.

Thanks in advance,
Mike

You may want to try JAlbum. It's a great, free software program for generating photo galleries for use online. There are many different styles available to choose from.

I use the FotoPlayer template for my site, as well as the PhotoDawg template. Here are links to my site for examples:

Good luck!

Those are great photos. That software looks pretty good. Is it easy to use?

Thanks!

I use Coppermine Photo Gallery it's open source (free) and fairly easy to customize.

The software is very easy to use. Just create a folder on your hard drive and place your photos in it. Open up the software and select the skin and point to the folder. It will create the thumbnails, slides and index.html files for you. All you have to do is upload the folder with the contents up to your server and it's done.

If you get adventurous you can even go into the skin files and customize them a bit. There's a lot of help available in the community forum if you want to tinker with the skins.

Good luck!

Mike
