Question Tang Questions

I have heard on countless occasions that tangs NEED at least a 4ft tank. How about this. A 4ft circular tank. There is much more surface area than the normal 55, 75 but is it enough? Also can you possibly put 3 yellow tangs (smallest tang species I know) in a 5ft diameter or more in a 6ft diameter? Thanks.

Oh yeah I forgot about the height. Let's say about 2ft. So that would be 188.4. for 4ft.

I beleive thr argument is that tangs NEED atleast a 6ft tank... Though yellow tangs and kole tangs can get by in a 4ft tank. Not sure but if a 4ft circular having a 5-6ft diameter seems to be the same as a rectangular 6ft long 4ft wide depending how you look at it?
