Where is a good fish store??

I just moved to Jonesboro Georgia which is about 20 min south of Atlanta. I have yet to find a good fish store. Anybody know of any?
Thanks!

Cappucino Bay comes to mind as one that was recommended. It's in Marietta. They had a large assortment of corals. It looked like a great store. Then I saw it. A 210 gal Allglass tank with a Mission (or was it shaker) style stand and canopy for $1499. They were having trouble moving it, cause it was the light wood color. Apparently not so popular. But the price sounds great, right? Here's the rub, when I asked about the tank/stand and delivery, they said it would be $120 to deliver it, but he said he really didn't want to deliver it. I'm paying for the delivery, right?!? We moved past that, however reluctant he was. He asked if I wanted to $120 overflow pipes. When I said I didn't want those (DYI opportunity), he said, "Well, what else are you going to buy?" Nothing, right now. That was the end. He said, "Well, this is really a good deal, but only if you are going to buy all the accessories. Sorry, I can't sell it to you." What the...?!? The old bait and switch. I told him that he could find some other sucker to take that thing of his hands and left.

There is a great store in Gadsden/Rainbow City, AL that has beautiful stuff. They also are very helpful and have lots of frags. You should definitely check them out if you're in the area. That's if you're trying to find corals. They have some fish too, but specialize in corals. As far as fish are concerned, Optimum Aquatics in Marietta is a great place. They have some frags too, but their fish are great.

Sorry. The store in Alabama is called The Living Reef.

That is very strange. I've always had great experiences with the staff of Cappuchino Bay. They're easily the best store in the area when it comes to sps and clams.

Hi, Jackforester.
Thanks for suggesting our store.
Bobby told me about your situation.
With you living so far away ,(the end of 400?) It is store policy to charge for delivery when its out of metro Atlanta.
This tank being a 210 requires us to use the 10 mpg larger delivery van. (A two hour trip up to your neck of the woods would eat a bit of disel fuel)
Im glad to see reef keepers in the north georgia mountains though!
Sorry our store is so far away \..

Kalkbreath, If you wanted more for delivery or if I could have arranged for picking it up myself, why didn't you say so? You specifically stated that you didn't want to sell it to someone unless you sold them all the accessories also. Have you changed your mind?

And if you do .......make sure you get an Atlanta Reef Club membership prior to visiting Marine fish , so Rmccain gets thirty percent less of your money........(non reef club members pay 30 percent more , just for not knowing about the club)

Rmccain, congradulations on your very first post!

I'd buy from Marine Fish regardless of discount. I've been nothing but happy with their customer service. They are always willing to answer questions--even though I'm still in the planning phase. No pressure to buy additional accessories. I guess they understand that a happy customer is the key. A happy customer will return and spend more money. They'll also refer that store to friends, rather than dissuade them from ever going there.
